About me: I
am a recent PhD graduate (May 2009) of the University
of Georgia in the Department of
Public Administration and Policy.
Research Interests: Beyond my general public administration and public policy interests, my research is primarily focused
on three areas: environmental management, science & technology policy
(specifically policy that relates to scientific collaboration), and public
health policy (more specifically HIV/AIDS) policy. I also have an interest
in international development issues broadly, particularly how they relate
to both the environment and HIV.
Teaching: I previously taught Public Administration and
Democracy (PADP 4620) for undergraduates, but am not currently teaching
any courses.
